Include the page address, the teams and match date, and what you would like us to check. An official NRL, club or broadcaster link helps us review a correction. You can copy the email address into your preferred email app.
Please leave out passwords, payment details and identity documents. Read our privacy policy for how enquiries are handled.
Help Us Check a Correction
Fixture, score or ladder issue
Give the teams, date or round, the value shown and your suggested correction. Add a link to the official NRL match page or announcement. For a ladder issue, tell us which season and round you selected.
Time, TV listing or download issue
Include your selected city, team and filters. For a PDF or spreadsheet, say when you downloaded it. A downloaded file does not change after saving. For a calendar issue, say whether you downloaded an ICS file or subscribed to a calendar, and which calendar app you use.
Privacy or content concern
Describe the information or page involved and what you would like us to review. For a previous message, include its approximate submission date and the email used, if any. Only include the details needed to locate your enquiry.
After You Email Us
We review enquiries and may check the official source or ask for more detail before changing a listing. Sending an email does not automatically update a match.
There is no guaranteed response time. For an imminent kick-off or venue change, check the official organiser's latest information.
Need the League, a Club or a Broadcaster?
NRL Draw cannot change ticket bookings, process refunds, manage club memberships or fix a streaming account. Contact the seller, club or platform that provides the service.

Can you help with tickets or a streaming subscription?
Email reaches the NRL Draw website operator. Ticket bookings, refunds, club memberships and streaming accounts are handled by the relevant seller, club or broadcaster.
