NRL Draw Privacy Policy

How NRL Draw handles browser preferences, cookies, correction messages and third-party services, plus how to ask about your information.

Effective and last updated: 31 October 2026

Your Information on NRL Draw

This policy explains how this independent NRL Draw website handles information when you browse its tools or send a message. You do not need to create an account to use the public fixture, ladder, download or calendar tools.

For questions about this policy, use our contact page. Other organisations linked from the site have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and Saved Preferences

City, filters and form protection

A cookie lets the site recognise your browsing session. The associated preferences include your selected time zone and page filters. The session also protects the forms used to change your selections. It does not create a public account.

The cookie can remain after you close the browser; it is not necessarily removed when a tab closes. Its expiry and your browser's settings affect how long preferences remain available. Blocking cookies can prevent forms and saved selections from working.

Your favourite team

Your favourite team is saved in this browser on this device, using browser storage. It has no automatic expiry in the site and does not follow you to another device. Change the favourite on a team page, or clear this site's stored data in your browser to remove it.

Emails and Earlier Corrections

When you email [email protected], your email address, message and any attachments are handled through our email service to review and respond to your enquiry. Messages are not published as public comments or used to subscribe you to a mailing list.

Earlier corrections submitted through our former website form may still be kept with their submission date and review status. Closing an enquiry does not automatically delete its record. The website no longer accepts correction form submissions.

Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to locate the enquiry. We may need to check that the request relates to your information before acting.

Website Requests and Security

Your browser sends technical information, such as an IP address and request details, when it connects to the website. The application and hosting services may process this information to deliver pages, investigate faults and protect the service.

Website access logs are separate from emails you send to us.

Advertising and analytics

The current NRL Draw pages do not include advertising trackers, analytics tracking or a marketing email sign-up. This describes these pages, not the external websites you may visit from them. We will revise this policy when changes to this website affect how information is handled.

Maps, Calendars and External Websites

OpenStreetMap

Opening the interactive home-ground map requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap. That service receives connection information, including your IP address and browser request details. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Calendar apps

If you subscribe to a fixture calendar, your chosen calendar provider receives the subscription address and can request its fixtures. A team calendar address identifies the team and season selected. Removing a subscription in that app stops that subscription; deleting browser cookies does not remove it.

Broadcast, ticket, video and club links

These links take you to external services. Their sign-in, payments, cookies and viewing activity are governed by their own policies. A link to an official highlight or broadcaster does not embed a player on NRL Draw. External providers may handle information outside Australia; an Australian fixture does not establish where a provider stores its information.

Manage Your Information

Use your browser's site-data controls to clear cookies and the saved favourite team. This can reset preferences and interrupt an unfinished form. It does not delete a message already submitted or a calendar subscription in another app.

For a message-related request or privacy complaint, contact the website operator and explain what you would like reviewed. General information about privacy rights in Australia is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
